2/27/07** Some bad person (or computer program) hacked my website last night. They hid some kinda Trojan uploader on my index.htm file. So if you visited my site over the last 48 hours and something weird happened I apologize. This new fangled technology thing eludes me sometimes. Sorry again for the lack of posts. I have been feeling very uncreative lately and about whatever creativity I do have is eaten at work.

9/09/06** I'm bad I know, but this wasn't entirely my fault. In January I was hired by a local company to design and create assets for casino games . I have been doing this for a little over half a year. I haven't really done alot of work on my own, but I have been doing alot of work . . . at work. I will be posting that here soon, though restrictions don't allow me to put it up right now. The other reason I haven't posted anything here (besides laziness) is that my computer died in march, and I had to reinstall and get my backups etc.etc. Still an excuse, but atleast I have one. Images to follow I hope.

12/19/05** Ok, a little over a week but kinda close. This is kind of cheating but I figured if you haven't seen it its new to you. This is the swashbuckling Scarlet Skull Face. He is part of a universe I created for the use in a possible web comic series. He is the main hero, and has a mysterious purpose and motivation ;) . I made this particular image trying to mimic the Art Nouveau styling of Mucha. I kinda failed and kinda succeeded.

I am going to try to update some various errors on the webpage before I leave for Austin on Thursday, and create the appropriated image pages for the last few NEW entries. So more than likely no new image next week. Sorry. For those of you celebrating a holiday of your choice, have a good one, and I might see you again before the new year.

12/04/05** My first update. This marks the completion of the first phase of my personal challenge, to create characters based on an established group realtionship outside of humanity. So what does that mean exactly? Well I was inspired by the video game Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. In this game there is a level called the library. In the library you fight an array of beasts. One of my friends pointed out to me that the beasts were infact generated, in concept,from The Wizard of Oz, specifically the Scarecrow, the Tinman, and the Cowardly Lion. I have always liked "little things" like this in any media I consume. So as a challenge to myself I tried to find and create something similiar. In the end I went with the basic shapes.

Square, Triangle, and now the newest additon Circle.

I tried to create both a philosphy and a culture around each shape, and an alien race that was living by those ideals. I next hope to draw what each of their cities might look like.

In other news, I will be adding new images, from older work, in the From Life and Illustraion sections. I am also hoping to accomplish at least one new image a week until I get a job. I have updated my videos to work with Flash, so hopefully any one can view them. If any one wants to get in touch with me directly feel free te email me.
